A simple process helps both sides understand the work before committing.

01

Share your goals, current challenges, services of interest, and expected budget.

02

Discuss the scope

We discuss suitable services, priorities, deliverables, timing, and practical limitations.

03

Agree on the terms

Review the written proposal, price, payment schedule, and relevant client agreement.

04

Start the project

Once the agreed requirements are satisfied, work begins with communication and progress reviews.

Flexible engagement

Pricing that starts with a clear conversation.

The right price depends on the work, the time required, and the deliverables. You will receive the applicable terms before agreeing.

Project-based

One-time Projects

For a specific task, campaign, research project, or website requirement.

  • Defined scope and deliverables
  • Written quote before work starts
  • Agreed milestones and deadlines
  • Clear revision and payment terms
Request a Project Quote

Project prices depend on the agreed scope. Some projects use a fixed fee; eligible growth partnerships may use a monthly performance fee. The percentage, revenue basis, attribution method, term, reporting and payment schedule must be written into the project agreement before work begins. Advertising spend, software and third-party charges are separate where stated. No sales or revenue result is guaranteed.

Commercial model & protection

Clear fees. Written terms. No surprises.

We can agree a fixed project fee or a performance-based arrangement when it suits the work. You see the scope, fee basis and responsibilities before committing.

Standard performance option
10% of eligible revenue

Monthly performance fee

For a project that selects this model, the standard performance fee is 10% of monthly eligible revenue actually received from sources that the signed project agreement identifies as attributable to the agreed marketing, research or client-acquisition support. It is not a percentage of unrelated company-wide earnings.

  • Calculated monthly from agreed, documented revenue sources
  • Refunds, chargebacks and collected sales taxes are excluded from eligible revenue
  • Reporting dates, payment due date and the end date are set in writing
Large or resource-intensive projects
Up to 25% only by agreement

Custom growth partnership

Projects requiring substantial ongoing resources, research, campaign coordination or a broader growth remit may be quoted at a different percentage, up to 25% of the same clearly defined eligible-revenue base, only when both sides expressly approve the exact terms in writing.

  • Percentage and eligible revenue definition agreed before work starts
  • Campaign spend and other pass-through costs identified separately
  • No higher percentage applies automatically because a project is labelled “large”
Before work begins

A project agreement records what both sides accepted.

The written proposal or agreement should identify the parties, services, deliverables, fee model, eligible revenue, attribution rules, reporting, payment dates, client responsibilities, ownership, confidentiality, cancellation, and dispute process. Both sides keep a copy.

A performance percentage is not automatically charged to every client. It applies only if the accepted project agreement explicitly selects that model and states the exact percentage, fee base, eligible sources, duration, evidence, payment timing and treatment of refunds. Agreements help create clear evidence and remedies, but cannot guarantee that disputes or fraud will never occur. No specific number of clients, sales or profits is promised.

A professional approach

Trust is built through the details.

Our working principles are designed to make expectations clear from the beginning.

Written agreements

Services, costs, deadlines, and important conditions should be documented before a project begins.

Respect for information

Client information should be handled carefully and used only for authorised business purposes.

Realistic expectations

Recommendations are based on the available information. Marketing outcomes are never guaranteed.

Frequently asked questions

Before we begin.

Some common questions about working with Lepempartnerly.

What types of businesses can contact Lepempartnerly?

Businesses can contact us to discuss their needs. The services we can offer depend on the project scope, available resources, and whether the work is appropriate for us to undertake.

How does your performance-based fee work?

Where a project selects the performance-fee model in its accepted written agreement, the standard option is 10% of eligible revenue actually received from the agreed, attributable sources. Larger or resource-intensive projects may be quoted at up to 25%, but only if the exact percentage and fee basis are accepted in writing beforehand. Refunds, chargebacks and collected sales taxes are excluded from eligible revenue. We do not apply a performance fee to every service by default.

What is included in the project agreement?

The agreement records the parties, services, deliverables, fee model, eligible revenue and attribution rules (if applicable), monthly reporting, payment due dates, responsibilities, confidentiality, intellectual property, cancellation, and dispute handling. Both sides should review and retain the accepted version before work starts. Read the client service terms.

How much do your services cost?

Pricing depends on the service, workload, deliverables, timeline, and third-party expenses. Before you commit, the written proposal sets out the applicable charges and any performance-based percentage. Nothing should be payable under a performance model unless that model and its calculation are expressly agreed in writing.

Do you guarantee sales or business growth?

No. We can provide agreed marketing and business support, but outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, profit, leads, rankings, or other specific results.

Can I hire you for just one service?

You can enquire about a single service or a combination of services. We will confirm whether the requested work is available and define its scope before accepting the project.

How does a project start?

Send us an enquiry with your requirements. If the project is suitable, the next step is to discuss the deliverables, quote, timeline, payment conditions, and relevant written agreement.

Where can I read your policies?

Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Client Service Agreement, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Disclaimer are linked in the footer. Review the applicable documents before purchasing a service.
