The enquiry form sends the information entered by the visitor to the website's serverless endpoint, which saves it in the configured MongoDB database so it can be reviewed and answered.

If you contact us, we may receive your name, business name, email address, service enquiry, budget range, and information you choose to include in your message. For an agreed client-acquisition or performance-fee project, we may also process the business records and transaction summaries reasonably needed to identify attributable revenue and calculate the agreed fee. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or unnecessary sensitive information through a general enquiry.
3. Website and technical information
The website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting, security, and infrastructure systems may process technical request information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and error logs. The website code does not intentionally add advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Blog images loaded from external image hosts may cause your browser to connect to those providers.
4. Why information may be used

For clients who use a private Lepem Partnerly portal, company-specific work logs, stats, proof-image URLs, client requests and in-portal messages are stored in the configured database and are visible to authorised admins and the matching client link. Anyone who obtains a client’s private link may be able to view that company’s shared portal information, so clients should keep it private and request a replacement if it is exposed.
7. Retention and security
Enquiry records are kept while they are needed to respond, manage a potential or active project, maintain appropriate business records, address disputes, and meet legal obligations. Records may be deleted when no longer needed, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Access to the admin inbox is restricted through an environment-configured password and a short-lived session. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
