Terms of Service

Read the general terms for enquiries, proposals, project delivery, payments, and use of the Lepempartnerly website.

Effective date: 29 October 2026. These published website terms apply to website use and enquiries. An accepted written proposal or service agreement sets the scope, schedule, and fees for a project, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

1. About these terms

These terms describe the general conditions for using this website and enquiring about services from Lepempartnerly (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Lepempartnerly is the trading name presented on this website. The contracting party and any required business or registration details will be identified in the accepted proposal, agreement, or invoice before payment.

2. Website information and enquiries

Website content is provided for general information. Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity, or require either party to proceed. We may ask for additional details before deciding whether a project is suitable.

3. Proposals, services and scope

Services may include marketing strategy, social media and content planning, advertising and campaign support, website and SEO support, market/customer/competitor research, prospect research, lead-generation and client-acquisition support, sales-funnel or CRM workflow planning, brand messaging, reporting and related business support. Each project is different: its accepted written proposal identifies the actual deliverables, timing, price, assumptions, revision limits, client responsibilities, authorised expenses and payment schedule. Work begins only after both sides accept the applicable terms and any required initial payment is received. Discussing a service on this website does not itself commit either party to a project.

4. Fees, performance commissions, and payment

All charges must be identified in the accepted written proposal or invoice before work starts. Depending on the project, fees may be fixed, milestone-based, monthly, performance-based, or a clearly described combination. For projects that expressly select a performance-based model, the standard option is 10% of eligible revenue actually received from agreed, attributable sources. For larger or resource-intensive projects, a different rate up to 25% may be agreed, but only when the exact rate and calculation are expressly approved in writing before work starts. No performance percentage automatically applies to every client or service.

The project agreement defines eligible revenue, attribution sources, exclusions, reporting records, the monthly calculation period, invoice date, payment due date, project term and any post-termination attribution period. Unless the agreement clearly says otherwise, collected taxes, refunds, chargebacks, reversals and amounts not actually received are excluded from eligible revenue. Where the proposal adopts the standard monthly schedule, the client sends its statement by the 5th calendar day of the following month, the fee invoice is issued within 2 business days after that statement is received, and payment is due within 7 calendar days of invoice issue. Advertising spend, software fees, payment processing and third-party costs are separate unless expressly included. The client provides a truthful monthly report for the agreed sources; neither side may knowingly misstate or conceal relevant records. Invoices are due according to the accepted proposal. Do not pay unexpected changes to payment details without independently verifying them with lepempartnerly@lepem.xyz.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients should provide accurate information, authorised access, timely feedback, and materials they have the right to use. Clients are responsible for reviewing final materials and ensuring that their own business activities comply with applicable laws and platform rules.

6. Changes, delays, and cancellation

Changes to an agreed scope may affect price and deadlines and should be approved in writing. Delays caused by missing information, approvals, third-party platforms, or events outside reasonable control may affect delivery. Refunds and cancellations are handled under the written agreement and our Refund & Cancellation Policy, subject to applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

Unless the written agreement says otherwise, each party retains rights to materials it owned before the project. Rights in newly created deliverables, source files, and project materials are those stated in the accepted written proposal or agreement. No additional ownership or licence is granted beyond those written terms. Pre-existing materials and third-party assets remain subject to their existing rights and licences.

8. No guaranteed outcomes

Marketing and business services cannot guarantee sales, revenue, profit, rankings, leads, audience growth, or other specific outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Website use and availability

Please do not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious material, or use website content in a way that violates law or third-party rights. We may update or temporarily suspend parts of the website for maintenance or operational reasons.

10. Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law makes mandatory. Any project-specific dispute process or governing-law term must be stated in the accepted agreement where permitted by law.

11. Updates and contact

We may revise these website terms by publishing an updated version here. Changes to a signed or accepted project agreement require the written approval described in that agreement; a website update alone does not silently change an existing project's agreed fee.
